# Carrying required identification documents.
The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from denied boarding, denied entry, visa rejection, or document-related issues.

Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain programs. Insurance should cover:

Clients must ensure they are physically and medically fit for the chosen travel program. Clients must disclose:

The Company reserves the right to refuse participation if a traveler is deemed unfit for the activity.

High-Altitude and Adventure Activities
Treks, expeditions, and pilgrimage tours may involve risks including:
# Altitude sickness.
# Injury. Illness.
# Extreme weather.
# Transportation disruptions.
# Natural hazards.
Participation is voluntary, and travelers acknowledge these inherent risks. The Company shall not be held liable for incidents arising from such risks beyond its reasonable control.

Flights and Transportation
Domestic and international flight schedules are controlled by airlines and authorities. The Company shall not be responsible for:

Additional costs resulting from such events shall be borne by the client unless otherwise covered by insurance.

Accommodation and Services
Hotels, lodges, guesthouses, transportation providers, and other suppliers are independent entities. The Company acts as an intermediary and cannot guarantee:

# Particular views.
# Exact hotel facilities.
# Supplier operational decisions.
Alternative accommodations of similar standards may be provided where necessary.

Client Conduct
Travelers are expected to:

# Follow safety instructions.

# Protect the environment and cultural heritage.
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior:

# Causes significant disruption.
No refund shall be issued in such circumstances.

Limitation of Liability
The Company acts in good faith as an organizer and intermediary for travel services. The Company shall not be liable for:

The Company shall not be responsible for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

Additional costs arising from such circumstances shall be borne by the traveler.

Photography and Media
The Company may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes. Clients who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must notify the Company in writing before the tour begins.

Intellectual Property
All website content, photographs, itineraries, logos, graphics, videos, and written materials are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected through inquiries and bookings shall be used solely for:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.
