Your exclusive Himalayan experience begins with a private chauffeur-driven transfer from your hotel to the domestic terminal of Pokhara Airport. To ensure a smooth and relaxed departure, your vehicle will arrive at 6:15 AM, and we kindly request that you be ready by 6:00 AM. Upon arrival at the airport, our team will assist you with the necessary pre-flight formalities.

Check-In & Pre-Flight Assistance

Upon arrival at the domestic terminal of Pokhara Airport, you will be welcomed by our airport representative, who will assist you with all pre-flight procedures. Following a seamless check-in process, airport authorities will verify your flight details, boarding documents, and permits before granting access to the departure area. Relax and enjoy a hassle-free experience as every detail is carefully managed.

Helicopter Flight: Pokhara to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC)

The helicopter lifts off from Pokhara, offering a breathtaking aerial view of the city, including Phewa Lake and the surrounding green hills. As the flight progresses, the landscape gradually transforms—from terraced farmlands and forested hills of pine, bamboo, and rhododendron—to rugged alpine terrain and glacier-carved valleys.

During the flight, you will witness spectacular views of the Annapurna range, including towering Himalayan peaks and dramatic mountain formations.

Landing & Exploration at Annapurna Base Camp

You will land at Annapurna Base Camp, surrounded by a breathtaking natural amphitheater of Himalayan giants. From the base camp, enjoy 360-degree views of some of the world’s most iconic peaks, including Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and the sacred Machhapuchhre (Fishtail).

Spend approximately 30–45 minutes at the base camp, capturing photographs, soaking in the scenery, and experiencing the serene high-altitude atmosphere.

Return Flight to Pokhara

After your time at the base camp, you will board the helicopter for your return journey. The flight back offers another opportunity to admire the Himalayan landscape from above before landing at Pokhara Airport.

Upon arrival at Pokhara Airport, a private vehicle will be waiting to transfer you comfortably back to your hotel.
